I have been constructing the ferris wheel for over 3 days. Most time spend on the placed the middle bone on sticks. The cabins are not difficult.

The ancient and modern

Dear all,

This graphic of the Taipei 101 building was inspired, as was the building itself, by elements drawn from ancient Chinese culture. Here I combine the contemporary silhouette of the 101 with images inspired by the exhibition "http://river.ishow.gmg.tw/index.php" at the National Palace Museum, where the treasures of the Forbidden City are housed.

I was impressed by a large screen on wall and the great projectors above my head. Different, however was that it didn’t have attendants in ancient costume. The exhibition hall made you feel that you were situated on the bridge or in the alleys, streets, shops and houses along the river side. And those pedestrians' behaviour seemed just like that of my ancestors who lived in that state and experienced a human condition so similar and yet so different from what we know today. Continuity and discontinuity runs through everything.

Touring Taipei within 24 hrs

Dear all,

Since installed my Adobe Creative Suite 5. I tried to quote those steps demo on ComputerArt. Maybe the version different or I'm . I used the Illustrator "dram" those promos pictures for encouraged tourists commute from tourist sense to tourist sense by MRT, ferries, bikes, TAXIes or just by feets.

There are 3 cycles this video. All made by Illustrator and finished by AfterEffect.

The C.K.S. memorial hall

I build C.K.S. memorial hall as following. The hall's roof is octagon but search for octagon's bricks for a long time. Then I decided to use the roof bricks to construct its roof. Seems it works also for the details.

HELLO KITTY's PROGRAMMING

Dear all,

Following attached are kitty's programming. If you got NXT-G in your PC then drag and drop those command boxes as in pictures. Altering those parameters then check any different of kitty's actions.

1. Switch the palette to complete palette (small boxes at left hand side of stage)

2. Drag and drop "LOOP" box to stage and position it on "Start" frame.

2. Set LOOP to FOREVER

3. LOOP box will show unlimited sign on right side.

4. Drag and drop a Ultrasensor to stage from sensor session or Flow session.

5. Set Port1~4 and distance in inch or centermeter, less than (<) or more than (>).

6. D & D sound box from Action session.

7. Set Action -->Sound file

Contorl-->play

Volume-->100

Function-->repeat

File-->Hello or other greeting sound

Chose wait for complete.

8. D & D motor box from Action session.

9. Set:

Direction-->UP

Action-->Constant

Power-->100

Control-->Motor power
